Patches for alternative notations

I have created patches to make against the version 2.11 of LilyPond, the latest development version of LilyPond. These should be applied against a download of the complete source tree of LilyPond. Then compiled LilyPond as described in the INSTALL.txt included in the LilyPond distribution. This step will be a challenge if you are new to compilation, this will require some work.

1. Adding chromatic ledger and internal ledger lines.
2. Additional patch for chromatic ledger.
